My chef, Shogun, cooked with care on the A5 wagyu. Even though he said he can’t really speak English, he’s willing to try to have a conversation which is nice. He’s also help with suggestions on what sauce/seasonings to use for each bite so this helps with anyone who never tried A5 Wagyu to eat without stressing on what to dip.
