Not sure how this place has such high reviews on here and Tabelog..
I was passing through and was about to leave back to Osaka (was in the metro in line to get on) when I thought I must have Kobe beef in Kobe…
Went here and it was a disappointing experience. I got the Kobe chateaubriand steak (they said highest quality option & was +$300 USD) and was not happy to say the least.
I had to spit out not 1, but 2 fat filled bites that were unable to be chewed through.. I’d skip this spot and hope others don’t fall for the tourist trap of getting Kobe in Kobe like I did.
Note: have had fantastic Teppanyaki throughout the country during my travels.
