4月1日(金)18時にお邪魔しました。
初神戸牛!!
普段はなかなか手が届きませんが、彼女の誕生日サプライズで予約しました。
お店の雰囲気もよく、店員さんも気さくで凄く楽しい時間でした。
お肉は極上赤身と別格希少部位の食べ比べをしました。素人舌では説明を受けて交互に食べないと違いが分からないくらい両方口溶けが良くペロリと食べてしまいました。
店員さんが『神戸牛は牛脂だけで勝負できます』と言って神戸牛の牛脂で焼いたもやしを食べましたが、もやしが高級肉に感じました!ほんとにすごい!
そして、最後にお店側から誕生日ケーキのサプライズ!お肉を焼く時に『彼女の誕生日で予約したんですよ!』って話をした後に厨房で急遽ケーキを用意してくれたとのことでした。
本当にこのお店にして良かったと思いました。
記念日などで神戸牛を考えている方はこのお店にいって後悔しないと思います!
