This is the restaurant where I experienced teppanyaki for the first time.
I visited for lunch. It costs a bit, but it's all Kobe beef. I had 120g of sirloin. The waiter was very polite, explaining the lunch menu, how to cook it, and the meat. When he brought the meat, he asked, "Would you like to take a photo?" and arranged the meat with the trophy. He's so polite (*゚Д゚)
After taking the photo, it's finally time for the meat!!! I ordered medium rare.
His eyes were already shining as he was grilling the meat (lol) After a while, the meat was done!!! At first, he told me not to dip it in anything so I could enjoy the sweetness, so I took a bite without dipping it in anything!!! You don't need teeth. And the sweetness melts in your mouth!!! It was so delicious. It almost made me cry.
It's in Chinatown. It's expensive, but if you want to splurge, just ask!
