Really disappointed with this experience.
We arrived early, but there were already guests seated at the counter who had begun their course menu. As a result, we felt rushed throughout the meal, seemingly to match their pace so the chef wouldn’t have to prepare dishes separately.
We upgraded our beef selection, but the quality was inconsistent. The first piece of beef nigiri contained an excessive amount of fat, making it very difficult to chew. Of the remaining pieces, one was tender and enjoyable, while the other was tough and unpleasant.
The service felt disorganized. Dishes were served quickly, which only added to the rushed atmosphere. The only staff member who made an effort to provide any real service was the young man who explained the menu.
After finishing our drinks and deciding to leave, we were suddenly informed that a dessert course was still to come, something that hadn’t been clearly communicated. By that point, we had already been sitting for 30 minutes without any update from the staff, so we declined and left.
Overall, the experience was expensive and not worth the money. We left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.
