Had an amazing Kobe beef experience here today. The quality was truly top-tier — the marbling was beautiful and the texture was incredibly tender, literally melting in the mouth. The flavour was rich yet clean, making every bite very enjoyable.
The chef’s performance at the teppanyaki counter was precise, confident, and clearly reflected the level of mastery you would expect from someone of Yamada’s standard. It added a special and memorable touch to the entire dining experience.
Service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere felt refined and welcoming.
Definitely a memorable experience and worth trying at least once when visiting Kobe.
