I provided my email address, but I have not received any email or receipt from your side.
This is the first time I am seeing your email address through your public response here.
Please resend the receipt and full details of the transaction immediately so this issue can be properly reviewed and resolved.

Our family had lunch here on February 20.We ordered a 220g filet and one combo set (840g). For reference, I am attaching a photo of the dishes we actually ate that day.
Based on the prices listed on the restaurant’s website, we expected the total to be around 15,000 JPY for lunch.
However, when I later checked my credit card statement, I was shocked to see that we had been charged 160,160 JPY. (Over USD1,000)
I contacted the restaurant, but unfortunately no one could communicate in English. I was told that the receipts had already been discarded, even though it had only been five days. They asked me to send a photo of what we had ordered so they could check, which I did, but I have not received any response since.
We were two adults and one child having lunch, so it is very difficult to understand how the total could reach 160,160 JPY. I hope the restaurant will review this transaction and provide an explanation or correction.
