As I prepared for my visit to Kobe, I was looking forward to having a truly magnificent Kobe beef dining experience. Kio and the rest of the team exceeded my expectations with beautiful precision and wonderful recommendations, including a Kobe wine to go with the Best pieces of Beef I have ever eaten.
