Kobe Beef Daichi is an intimate dining experience where your group sits at one of three cooking stations and becomes the focus of a cooking performance by a master chef. Our chef was Hitoshi Tanaka who prepared each serving then explained (in English) how we should eat it! Multiple flavors from beef, onions, vegetables, and sauces combine throughout the meal. All delicious! I've never had a dinner or service quite like this one! Well done.
