I had such a wonderful experience at Daishi. The staff and chef were attentive and so knowledgeable about the beef, menu, drinks, and everything they offered. Hitoshi Tanaka was an expert at Kobe beef knowledge and the way he sliced every slice of steak made everyone at the table savor every bite. I’m truly thankful for the dining experience here at Daishi. Thank you to the chef, staff, and everyone at Daishi even the cow which they probably named. 🙏
