I attented the lunch course with a friend. We tried the lunch beef option available for weekday with the set A. At first, a steak was presented for us to take a photo. Then, the server told us that the steak was changed.
After trying the new steak, it was so hard to chew it that we had to swallow it as a whole. A few pieces were still good enough but an overwhelming majority of them were almost inedible and full silverskin. We do not recommand the lunch option.
