An unforgettable Kobe beef experience We had an amazing experience at Kobe Beef Daichi. The food was outstanding, but what truly made the evening special was the chef. Chef Hitoshi Tanaka was incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate. He didn’t just cook for us — he created a real gastronomic show, explaining how to properly enjoy Kobe beef, how different cuts work, and how to taste them step by step. It felt personal, warm, and genuinely educational, not touristy at all. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the quality of the beef was exceptional. You can really feel the respect for the product and the craft here. Highly recommended if you want not just to eat Kobe beef, but to truly understand and enjoy it. P.S.
