I reserved the Daichi Tenkyou course and it was everything I could want in Kobe beef form (burger, nigiri, steak, bacon)
Riku cooked everything well and it was a great teppanyaki experience.
The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was interesting.
The salad, rice, soup and crepe were ok. I don’t think I could tell the difference between the regular version and this version.
