赤身の神戸牛がこんなに美味しいとは思わなかった。 すぐ近くの人気ステーキ店が外国人でいっぱいだったので、近所を散策しているうちに入店しました。 店先には観光客向けの受賞歴が大々的に並んでいるし、ステーキ店には表示義務のあるはずの牛の個体識別番号を店員さんに聞いてもキョトンとされるし、持ってきてくれた番号を検索したら(確かに神戸牛ではあるものの)Webサイトに「ここから買い付けています」と書いてある牧場とは別の場所だし、いろいろ大丈夫かな?と思っていましたが、 出てきた神戸牛の赤身ステーキ80g(2980円)はとても美味しい。 赤身のくせに柔らかくて、赤身のくせにジューシー。 付け合わせの淡路島タマネギのソースも十分美味しいけど、わさびとニンニク醬油で十分な味。 落ち着いた雰囲気で、安く、神戸牛ステーキが食べられる素敵なお店でした。 (Translated by Google) I never thought lean Kobe beef could be this delicious.
