We had very bad experience here, the service is horrible. Firstly, we did not get the full menu until we asked. nor did we get any introduction from the waiter how to do Shabushabu. Secondly, before we order the food, the waiter didn’t explain we need to grill the meat ourselves which was very confusing. Or even point out on the menu state that customers needed to grill the meat themselves. The waiter grilled at the beginning and after she just said thank you after grilling the meat, and did not state that customers needed to grill the meat themselves. And the waiter turned off the oven and left, very interesting. We were waiting for a long time at least 30mins the meat not refresh any more, and no one came here to check or ask. Staffs were just chatting and singing nearby the kitchen. We are frustrated and have to ask other staff for a help. I can’t say food is nice or not because all got cold and the bad experience is really annoying us. My grandmother stomached after as the food was getting cold. No any services at all and we have to pay the services fees！We reported this bad experience to the manager and no any action was taken. No any chance we will back to this restaurant.
