Decided to have sukiyaki here randomly. The food was great and the service was good. The sukiyaki was a bit on the saltier side for me but still enjoyable. Just add a bit of water when they top up your water. I prefer the leaner cuts since Kobe beef (and most Japanese wagyu) is almost always marbled nicely. Sake paired nicely to cut some of the grease. No complaints. Kou was very kind and was very helpful. Keep up the great service!
