We ordered the recommended set alongside a more affordable cut for comparison. The difference was night and day; the premium selection was incredibly buttery and far superior. The staff, Rin Ko, was also wonderful, thoughtfully accommodating our companion who doesn’t eat beef.
Overall, good quality beef and great experience.
