So we came to Kobe specifically for Kobe beef but didn’t have a place in mind. As we were just wondering about in a bit for back street we saw this cute little place. Ko, who was our server spoke to us in English and told us about the place and meat.
I should preface that in our group of 4 there was 1 from Argentina and 1 from Colombia, this is to saw meant is beyond important.
We decided to order 4 prime Kobe beef sushi, 4 prime Kobe beef at 110 g (we had the lunch menu so we had a salad, bowel of rice, and some soup), and we decided to share a prime Kobe beef sirloin (this was the best of the best cut).
Omg absolutely incredible. Ko gave us his recommendations and they were SPOT ON. The meat was perfect and just melted in your mouth. There were things they brought out that you could try with the Kobe, but honestly the meat didn’t need it. Best meal that we could have imagined.
Also the other sides were good too.
Really really enjoyed this place and we feel fortunate that we stumbled on it. If you want to try Kobe beef, this is the place to do it. Ko was absolutely fantastic and was incredibly attentive to us. He even explained some Japanese concepts to us!
