I had expected more. If you do not opgrade your Meat, you Will be ending up with a sad piece of beef. Not at all the Beef I came for. I have had better back Home in Denmark. Egen you come you Will be presented with two upgrading-menus in japanese. One to add more gram Meat to your plate and one menu for upgrading your mest to higher level (I sadly did not) The maintopic for my daytrip to Kobe was this lunch and a very good piece of Meat, but I did not get that.

Everything was on point. We had a happy dinner with delicious Kobe beef and beer. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded with relaxing vibe. The price was a little high but it’s worth every bite. If you don’t want to go to cliche steak place that all the tourists would go, just come here. :)
