名物神戸牛のレストラン
店舗は大きな通りから一本入った路地中、神戸牛ステーキが食べたくて訪問、料理の説明に模型を使うなど工夫を凝らしてて好感。店舗は黒と赤基調の暗めの内装で、最優秀卸購買店の表彰楯が飾られ誇らしげな店内。
ステーキは皿盛りで提供され、あらかじめ細かく切られてた、、、肉塊を自分でナイフで切るイメージってかそれがステーキ食べる醍醐味かなと思ってた(そのために肉の模型もあるのかと思っていた)ので拍子抜け
肝心の肉は繊維のほどけ感も悪くかなり咀嚼しないと飲めないレベルの硬さ、また脂が重く獣っぽい、一口目でゲッツリ来ちゃって、、、赤身なのに脂っこくて、これがサーロインとかだともっとなのかなと心配になる。
脂がこの感じなら肉のサイズはいつもの半分で十分な感じかもしれません
