We ordered the Earth Course cooked by Chef Tanaka. The quality of the beef was fantastic and everything was cooked to perfection. I had a recommended paired sake that accompanied the meal wonderfully. Tanaka-san was cheery and enthusiastic, suggesting combinations of sauces with the meat and vegetables that were all amazing. Highly recommend.
