This was our first ever Kobe Beef experience and maybe we had too high expectations due to the very good reviews on google, but our overall experience was a bit disappointing… Food: Food was just OK for it‘s price tag Hosts: The team seemed like it was not well coordinated (e.g. mixing up of plates & drinks between customers, after the second course the service personnel basically just left the room and there were many other things that started adding up right from the start). Further, we would have also expected to receive a reasonable amount of information about the different courses and meat we‘re about to eat but they simple just put it infront of you without any further comment. KG one of the chefs was nice & funny, but unfortunately he did not make up for the rest. USD470 lighter (for two) at this place we feel like we could‘ve spent this money in a better way! Also, there is possibly other restaurants that offer a more reasonable pricing!

Nicole Lau exemplifies exceptional courtesy and professionalism as a server. Chef M. Onishi brings over four decades of seasoned expertise to the culinary field. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Japan to enjoy the outstanding Kobe beef offered here, renowned for its top-tier quality.

Amazing service and food! We were lucky to get two seats without a reservation. Very friendly staff and the Kobe steak was just melting in the mouth. Definitely recommend.
