We reserved this dinner in advance and were very excited to eat Kobe beef in its town of origin. This whole experience was top notch! I loved the cozy fine dining experience and the meal even more. The chef really does out do himself. We watched as he did everything himself including hosting, waiting, prepping, cooking and busing. Watching him cook was so impressive! Each plate tasted better than before & just when you didn’t think it couldn’t get any better you put that first bite of scrumptious Kobe beef in your mouth paired with his garnish suggestions and have a mouth orgasm. I was blown away by how delicious the meat tasted. Cooked to perfection with its unique marbling made it literally melt into my mouth as I chewed. The burst of flavors from the pairings made me just close my eyes to enjoy the whole experience fully. It is not a cheap meal but it is not just a meal. It is a whole experience with the finest beef selection and a professional chef that has mastered his craft. The restaurant is down a small street and can’t be missed with the Spider-Man crawling in the side of the building. I didn’t see parking on the street so you’ll have to find a lot. There were options of the type of meat and then a Plan A or Plan B for how many course you wanted to try. We were able to pay by credit card.
