Fantastic experience!
Since we were staying in Osaka, we wanted to take a trip to Kobe and try Kobe beef there for lunch or dinner. However, our plans were not set in stone, so we did not really know when we would be able to go to Kobe. When we arrived there, we did not have a reservation and our plan was to try our luck in finding a place that was not completely booked for lunch.
I guess we were lucky in the end, because we stumbled onto this amazing restaurant and it had 4 seats free, exactly as the number of people in our group.
The word "experience" is really apt, I think. Yeah, Kobe beef is breathtakingly good and we were aware that we would be eating one of the best meals in our lives when we went into the restaurant. However, the whole cozy atmosphere, one chef serving one big table, being dedicated to one group at a time, the presentation of it all... Together with the incredible food, it made it one of the most memorable experiences we had in Japan.
