Absolutely amazing meal. It doesn’t get any better than this. Amazing Kobe beef doesn’t come cheap and the meal here is worth every cent. Although I have tried Kobe beef in Kyoto before at a reputable restaurant, the beef here tops it. No superlatives can describe how delicious and flavourful the beef is here. The Kobe beef we had (chateaubriand, fillet mignon and tender red meat) were all melt in your mouth with their own signature flavour. Chef Keiji and Onishi provided a memorable dining experience for us. We had Kobe beef prepared many ways (salad, shabu shabu, soup, steak). The dessert had a really nice combination of matcha ice cream and crunchy persimmon. This was just about a perfect meal 10/10.
