A bit disappointed with this highly recommended Kobe beef restaurant. The service and atmosphere here is undoubtedly good. Both waiter and chef can speak and understand English. We went there as family of four, ordered some drinks and picked the top Kobe beef set (540g mixed) to try all four cuts of meat. End up we think the sirloin cut is the best so we ordered additional 300g (44,000 yen) of sirloin. This extra piece of sirloin is just a piece of fat with minimal meat texture in it. What a big disappointment. We ordered cooking our meat medium but the chef just cooked it medium rare because of the fat is hard to cook. We ended up paying 220,000 yen in eating this 840g Kobe beef which is not worthy. Hope the restaurant management could address to this issue and give better experience to the customers about Kobe beef. Anyway, Keiji San is a good presenter.
