Chef KG was both engaging and informative, sharing insights throughout the meal. Our beef was cooked by Kobe Beef Meister Chef Onishi, who brings over 40 years of mastery to the grill.
We had both the Chateaubriand and sirloin cuts — each exceptional in its own way. The sirloin was richer and more marbled, while the Chateaubriand was tender and refined. The lunch set also included a beautifully presented appetizer, fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, rice, and dessert — all made with locally sourced ingredients and each dish full of flavour.
We paired our meal with sake, which was smooth, well-balanced, and complemented the courses perfectly.
