Brilliant experience and thanks to the hosts Keiji and Onishi!

A must try! Genkichi is the only place I go when I want the Kobe beef. Extremely intimate and fantastic experience with Keiji through multiple courses featuring the best Kobe beef. Please don’t go anywhere else.

This was our best meal in all of Japan. I never wanted it to end. This was melt in your mouth Kobe beef. Beyond the incredible food, the service was flawless, friendly, and inviting. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation here. It will be your most memorable meal.

Keiji is probably the nicest bloke I’ve met here, and that’s a high bar to clear for Japan

It was fantastic! highly reccomend if you are looking for an amazing experience. Keiji looked after us and definitely made it a personable experience. We reccomend the sirloin steak if you like juicy and tender steak cuts.

Amazing lunch experience, the steak is the best I had in the whole Japan trip. I tried four types of cut and two were rare cuts and one was the grand champion steak!!!! All the side dishes and vegetables tasted amazing too. Chef Kenji was amazing, funny and really made the experience special.

Absolutely worth every penny. My wife and I ate the Chateaubriand and it was by far the greatest culinary delight imaginable. Highly recommend stopping by as a last dinner for your Japan travels. The sake is absolutely worth it, as someone not familiar with Sake!

Onishi -san and Keigi -san took good care of the food and make great and warm dining experience we’ve ever had! Definitely will recommend for everyone who wants to try Kobe beef!
