Came and had the Kobe beef. I’m extremely sensitive celiac and I asked to have a gluten free accommodation. The main chef is the man, excellent service. I avoided some things like the miso soup, wasabi, ichigo daifuku to be extra cautious but there is a good chance they were all gluten free. Super expensive but the main chef is the man, so glad I came.
