Had the fillet and rare cut with B course. Absolutely amazing. Lost for words for the fillet - you could have it by itself with no sauce because it's just that good. Rare cut was a fattier cut - unique experience. Chef was very friendly and helpful, kindly recommending which sizes and combinations of beef to get. Presentation is insta worthy.
