Chef Onishi was awesome. Our host Nicole spoke very good English and they knew where Guam was. Able to keep up a convo, presentation, and all around excellent service. Be sure to make a reservation though, or you may miss out. Pricy but worth it for the sheer amount and quality of food you get.
