Everything was very delicious. Kenji, Noda, Onishi, and Yume were very professional. I am coming from Puerto Rico and they spoke to me in Spanish. IN JAPAN! I couldn't believe it. Kenji is a true professional that understands the meaning of a Medium Rare steak. His enthusiasm and understanding of flavor moved me. Truly a remarkable place. Highly recommend!
