Me and my wife had a reservation at 11am and they were prepared promptly to receive us. It was very clean and inviting inside. Hostess Ogawa received us and took care of every need. We never had to ask her for anything and she was very cheerful and pretty😊. Chef Onishi prepared or Kobe beef meal. We got a four beef sample that included Chateaubriand. We were given onion, soy, and ponzu sauces. The highlights were the black charcoal salt (was good with everything! ), and mixing the Kobe beef miso with the Wasabi. What can I say but this was the best steak I have ever had. Each piece melted in your mouth, the Chateaubriand was excellent but all the other steak pieces were excellent as well. Chef Onishi lives up to his reputation as a Kobe beef Master!
