Had to make a reservation months in advance before our trip! It was worth it. Teppanyaki Kobe beef. There’s only 10 pax per seating - a very cosy atmosphere.
The beef fat was used to cook the vegetables… oh so delicious. The beef itself was very good. Though it’s served with condiments and sauces, you don’t need any of that. It’s just so good on its own. The chef recommended that to add a little of the charcoal salt and it was heaven!
I like the fact that the beef was prepared in small servings like 3-4 pieces at a time so that you get to eat it while it’s hot.
