What a great meal! Absolutely recommend for those who are stopping for Kobe beef experience. From the impeccable service (thanks KG and Onishi san) to the attention to detail, I am so glad to say this was the highlight of the trip to Japan! We chose the most basic beef cuts and they really melt in your mouth! Definitely need to eat the beef with ponzu or wasabi to cut down on the fattiness of the beef. The rice is probably the best rice I’ve ever had in Japan, the garlic fried rice could be too much on top of all the food you’re already eating.
