I highly recommend this Kobe beef Genkichi Wagyu restaurant. Our chef Sugimoto Keiji (KG) was very kind and accommodating to foreigners. The experience was great and the meat was fantastically delicious.
My group tried the Sirloin, marbled beef and tender red meat and thought that the marbled beef was the best of the three.
When I asked the chef he said that all of the Kobe beef is bought from auctions and sold at the restaurant.
