Chef Masakazu Onishi, along with the incredibly talented second chef (also Masakazu Onishi), delivered an unforgettable culinary performance. Every bite was perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the passion and craftsmanship in every dish.
This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Genkichi to anyone visiting Kobe. It’s a must-try spot that will leave you with lasting memories. I will absolutely be coming back!
