Keiji.. what can I say? I will forever be grateful to you and your staff because you and them all know how scared and disappointed I was at the beginning of the dinner because almost all of the other experiences ( even expensive ones ) of Kobe and wagyu beef were not what I was expecting. I asked you that the meat HAD to be tender and dissolving and this is what you delivered! I really ate the best meat of my life at your restaurant and this is truly unforgettable ! And also the charisma, the sympathy and the energy you put in our chats while you were cooking was insane ! We even ended up taking about animes and I called you HERO because that’s what you are! It’s very true what they say, do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life! I felt the passion and the love that you feel for your job while eating and watching you cooking and cutting the meat and the vegetables! Even them were not just a side but a main character and a piece of the puzzle of your menu! I really hope to see you soon again, maybe in Napoli to bring you eat the BEST pizza in the world as we spoke in your restaurant because you made me eat the best meat and as I told you even if your quality would have been lower it would have been still great because it’s your hands and you as a person ( and your special staff ) that make the difference, super stars!
