Tried the Kobe beef here and it was amazing. The texture was so soft and buttery it literally melted in my mouth. Rich flavour, not oily at all. Definitely one of the best beef experiences I’ve ever had.
Chef Keiji really made the whole Kobe experience even better. He explained the cuts, cooked everything perfectly.
