Out of 3 visits to Japan this meal stands out as one of the most memorable. They offer an incredible selection of beef paired with some interesting appetisers and a great choice of sake. Having the chance to interact with the chefs and learn more about Kobe beef was a highlight. I'll revisit if I ever am lucky enough to visit Kobe again.
