After 10 days in kobe and surroundings, I spent my last night on this 4.9 rated place. Yes they offer the best of kobe and wagyu and their presentation is a bit different in a sense they were more flamboyant and artistic than traditional options. No issues with food or service quality.
They were really pushing for goggle reviews though.
