I found the place on Google and came with my dad. The owner greeted us personally and made sure to get our names and asked us all about ourselves, showing us his children and talking about the beef with professional experience. There is genuine love poured into the way he cooks his food. It’s as if he reveres the meat and genuinely respects the life it came from. At the end he gave us handmade origami and a notecard with our names on it. Absolutely amazing food, as well.
