We had a wonderful lunch in Kobe today. Yasu was extremely professional — his cooking skills were excellent, and every dish was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.
He also patiently explained each dish and which sauces paired best with them, which we really appreciated. Throughout the meal he was very warm and friendly, making the whole dining experience very enjoyable.
Thank you as well for the thoughtful card and small gift at the end — it was such a lovely surprise. We would also like to thank the Chinese-speaking female staff for kindly helping us understand the menu and dishes.
