Visiting Japan for the first time and this was easily one of the most memorable meals of the trip so far. The quality of the meat was unbelievable, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Every bite was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor, and the sauces paired perfectly with each cut.
Chef Yasu made the experience even more special. He took the time to explain each cut of meat and why he prepared it the way he did, which really showed his passion, knowledge, and attention to detail. Watching him cook and hearing about the process made the meal feel like a true dining experience rather than just dinner.
The service was also very warm, welcoming, and friendly from start to finish. If you’re visiting Japan and love great meat, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended.
