When in Kobe, one has to enjoy some Kobe beef. The hardest part though is finding just the right resturant to enjoy some Beef in. Fortunately I was able to find Genkichi, a nice restaurant that serves a full course beef meal.
Inside the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly bunch, each ready to cook and have a fun chat. Keiji entertained and helped cooking while our master chef worked behind the counter to skillfully prepare meals.
I had ordered the Mable beef and sirloin and both were fantastic. Each was prepared just right and served with salt amd seasonings on the side. I happened to enjoy the garlic seasoning the most.
After some fun photo taking after the meal, I headed on my way with curry in hand. Can't way to try!
