Keiji (KG)-San is a marvelous and personable chef-owner. The food, especially the champion Kobe beef, was heavenly. HEAVENLY. The conversation with us and other guests was upbeat and interesting. You can tell he cares a lot about your experience. The dining centers around a counter with a hibachi-like stove-top with the chef standing behind. Seating is intimate with up to 10 seats total in the restaurant. We were first served two different kinds of salads. Then, we had the most delicious miso soup. Next, the main course was broken up into three parts. Lastly, there was dessert! My husband Adrian and I are on our honeymoon in Japan. We chose local sake to drink and 120g Kobe beef lunch. As you will learn, Keiji-San prepares only the best of the best kind of A5 Champion Wagyu. Highly recommend!
