Head chef Onishi and chef KG were awesome! Even though they can not speak English very well they did their best to communicate with us. Chef KG answered all our questions regarding Kobe beef and how it’s different from other beef and Head chef Onishi expertly cooked the 3 cuts of beef we had. I highly recommend the sirloin and the marbled beef cuts. All the side dishes are also delicious, we really enjoyed the wagyu soup.
