In unserem Japantrip durfte natürlich das hervorragende Kōbe Rind nicht fehlen. Mit ein bisschen Suchen und Fragen kamen wir auf diesen wunderbaren Laden. Es gibt nicht viele Plätze, daher lohnt es sich schnell zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut super, der Koch versteht sein Handwerk (das er durch seinen Vater beigebracht bekommen hat). Ihm zuzusehen war sehr unterhaltsam und hat uns großen Spaß gemacht.
Es gibt ein Menü zu dem man sich das Fleisch auswählt. Die Preise sind im Verhältnis zur Leistung wirklich fair (haben ca. 35.000 ¥ für zwei Personen gezahlt).
