The service staff and chef were very friendly and polite. They have one staff who can speak English, and they prepared flash cards for Chinese and a few other languages to cover most bases. The Kobe beef was mouth-meltingly delicious, paired with an array of sauces and charcoal salt, or just eaten as it is. It was the first time I noted a raw cut of meat smelling sweet like that. It was a lovely experience.
Their premise is a bit small and has limited seats, but they more than make up for it with big hearts and delicious Kobe beef cuts.
