結婚記念日で利用させて頂きました。
入店前に外のポスターのメニューを見て、赤身を注文しようかな と考えていましたが、
入店後にシェフがサーロインをおすすめしてくれたので サーロインと肉寿司のセットコースをお願いしました。また、同時にアレルギー等も伺ってくれ、キウイ等が苦手と伝えると 丁寧に
対応してくれました。盛り付けや彩りなど 全ての料理に高級感がありました。
メインのお肉は120gを注文しました。こちらはいうまでもなく、これまで食べてきたお肉とは次元が違い、きちんと食材に向き合うことにより、ビールを飲む暇もありませんでした。 色々食べ方をレクチャーしてもらいましたが、中でもチャコールソルトと自家製ワサビの組み合わせが最も良かったと思いました。当方小柄寄りではありますが、120gで全然丁度良かったです。
それに加えて シェフのケイジさんが写真撮影を前向きに行ってくれ、大変有意義な時間を過ごせ、良い思い出にもなりました。
懐に余裕ができれば、いや、余裕をがんばって作り、また行きたいと思います。
